XYKA develops web-based performance measurement & audit application for Blue Shield of California.

XYKA designed and developed a web-based performance measurement and audit application for Blue Shield of California. This application is a centralized database of various claims and member information with a web user interface. This application would significantly reduce overhead of maintaining multiple applications and tools and would also scale to the growing needs of the business groups. This application will allow Blue Shield of California in generating performance metrics and audit trails for enhancing quality and efficiency of customer service, claims processing, enrollment timeliness and patient care.
