The alerts can be delivered by multiple methods such as voice, SMS or email.

Enables tracking of accounts payables and accounts receivables. Invoices and Bills can be created in the system either manually or as a scheduled job at a frequency pre-determined by the admin. Ability to view inventory and pricing in a grid like manner for a large date range gives the call center operator the flexibility and visibility to better service the customer. The call center operator can create a dynamic package by booking individual travel products (Air, Hotel, Activities, Transfers etc) or book a pre-packaged tour. The system also provides features like price override, ability to split payment into multiple credit cards, creating custom quotes for the various travel products offered in the system and customizing pre-packages by adding/deleting individual travel components.
