As the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Rakesh has been a driving force for XYKA's business strategy and growth. Rakesh has more than 12 years in the technology industry. Rakesh has had extensive industry experience in architecting, developing and managing large software applications in the healthcare, financial and travel industries. Rakesh's past experiences include Saba, iXL, Health Systems Design, Offshore Digital Services and Sonata, where his consulting and technical expertise in working side-by-side with customers is highly regarded. Rakesh has a BS in Computer Science, from the University of Karnatak, India.

Nirav is the co-founder and President at XYKA. He has been responsible for defining the company's global IT service capabilities as well as establishing processes and communication mechanisms with XYKA's offshore development centers. Nirav has more than 10 years experience in technology consulting and software services area. Prior to XYKA, Nirav worked with Intel for more than 5 years in various capacities. He managed a team of senior e-business consultants at Intel Solution Services where he led engagements with several Fortune 1000 companies. Nirav has also provided software and computer architecture related consultation to some of the large graphics, multimedia, speech and communication companies worldwide. Nirav holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from University of Georgia and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from VJTI - Mumbai, India.

Bhaskar Krishnamoorthy leads the technology group at XYKA. As the Chief Technology Officer, Bhaskar is responsible for the technology direction, architecture and quality in projects executed by XYKA. He also oversees the development of cross-functional teams well versed in emerging technologies, providing XYKA a clear competitive edge. Bhaskar began his career at Infosys, and then worked at AdventNet, Qualcomm and Unify and has led several teams in building quality products. Bhaskar obtained his Undergraduate degree from Karnatak University and a Masters Degree in Management from IIT Madras, India.

As the Managing Director of XYKA India, Bernaad is responsible for the day-to-day management of the India Development Center. Bernaad has more than 12 years of experience in the Technology and Manufacturing industry. Prior to XYKA, he was with i2 Technologies (a leader in supply chain management solutions) in various managerial and project lead capacities. He managed a large team of professionals at i2 and has extensive experience in managing teams spread across different time zones. Bernaad has an Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University, India and Masters in Business Management from East London Business School, London.
